- Le puits des Âmes (arabe : Bir el- Arweh, Bir el- Arwah ou Bir al- Arwah) ou la grotte des Esprits est une grotte en partie artificielle située dans le rocher de la Fondation, lui-même dans le dôme du Rocher à Jérusalem. Le nom vient d'une ancienne croyance islamique du Moyen Âge disant que les âmes séjournaient dans cet endroit jusqu'au Jugement dernier. (fr)
- El Pozo de las Almas (en árabe, بئر الأرواح; Bir al-Arwah), a veces traducido como Hoyo de las Almas, Cueva de los Espíritus o Pozo de los Espíritus, también conocido en el cristianismo y el judaísmo en la época de las Cruzadas como el Sanctasanctórum, es una cueva en parte natural y en parte artificial ubicada dentro de la Piedra Fundacional, bajo el santuario de la Cúpula de la Roca en Jerusalén. El nombre Pozo de las Almas deriva de una leyenda islámica medieval, según la cual en este lugar se pueden escuchar los espíritus de los muertos esperando el Día del Juicio. El nombre también se ha aplicado a una depresión en el suelo de esta cueva y a una cámara hipotética que puede existir debajo de ella. (es)
- The Well of Souls (Arabic: بئر الأرواح, romanized: Biʾr al-Arwaḥ; sometimes translated Pit of Souls, Cave of Spirits, or Well of Spirits), is a partly natural, partly man-made cave located inside the Foundation Stone ("Noble Rock" in Islam) under the Dome of the Rock shrine on the Temple Mount, Jerusalem. During the Crusader period, it was known to Christians as the "Holy of Holies", referring to the inner sanctum of the former Jewish Temple, which according to modern scholarship, was probably located on top of the Foundation Stone. Bir el-Arweh) – jaskinia znajdująca się w Jerozolimie, na Wzgórzu Świątynnym, pod świętą skałą (przykrytą Kopułą na Skale), w której – według tradycji muzułmańskiej – dusze zmarłych oczekują na sąd ostateczny. Jaskinia jest studnią dusz par excellence, ponieważ termin „studnia dusz” w jakimkolwiek zastosowaniu lub kontekście pochodzi właśnie od niej. Muzułmanie odnoszą nazwę „studnia dusz” albo do całej jaskini, albo do zagłębienia w jej dnie, albo do hipotetycznej komory, która ma się pod nią znajdować. (pl)
- O Poço das Almas (em árabe: بئر الأرواح Biʾr al-Arwaḥ; às vezes traduzido como Caverna dos Espíritos ou Poço dos Espíritos), é uma caverna parcialmente natural e parcialmente artificial localizada dentro da Pedra Fundamental ("Rocha Nobre" no Islã) sob o santuário da Cúpula da Rocha no Monte do Templo, em Jerusalém. Durante o período dos cruzados, era conhecido pelos cristãos como o "Santo dos Santos", referindo-se ao santuário interno do antigo templo judaico, que de acordo com os estudos modernos, provavelmente estava localizado no topo da Pedra Fundamental.
