Vostok Subglacial Highlands (80°0′S 102°0′E / 80.000°S 102.000°E) is a line of subglacial highlands trending NNW-SSE and forming an east extension of Gamburtsev Subglacial Mountains. The feature was delineated by the Scott Polar Research Institute (SPRI)-National Science Foundation (NSF)-Technical University of Denmark (TUD) airborne radio echo sounding program, 1967–79, and named after Vostok, the flagship of the First Russian Antarctic Expedition, 1819-21 led by Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen.

Die Ausdehnung des Hochlands wurde mittels Sonarortung im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Programms des Scott Polar Research Institute, der National Science Foundation und Dänemarks Technischer Universität zwischen 1967 und 1979 ermittelt. Das Antarctic Names Committee of Australia benannte es 1983 nach der , Flaggschiff der ersten russischen Antarktisexpedition (1819–1821) unter der Leitung von Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen. (de)
