The Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK; or Korean Federation of Agricultural Workers) is a trade union and mass organization for agricultural workers in North Korea. It is one of the most important mass organizations in the country. UAWK was founded in 1946 and reformed in 1965 along the lines of North Korean leader Kim Il-sung's landmark Theses on the Socialist Rural Question in Our Country. The organization is a member of the popular front Democratic Front for the Reunification of the Fatherland and is directly controlled by the Central Committee of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea.

- De Unie van Landarbeiders van Korea (Koreaans: 조선농업근로자동맹) is een beroepsorganisatie voor werkers in de landbouwsector in Noord-Korea (officieel de Democratische Volksrepubliek Korea) en werd op 31 januari 1946 opgericht onder de naam Boerenunie van Noord-Korea. In 1951 werd de naam Boeren Vakvereniging aangenomen. Op 25 maart 1965 werd ten slotte de huidige naam aangenomen. Het bestuur wordt gevormd door een centraal comité, geleid door Kim Chang-yop. De Unie van Landarbeiders staat onder directe leiding van het partijbestuur van de Koreaanse Arbeiderspartij. (nl)
