U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District (USACE-SWT), is a United States Army military unit headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It "oversees Army Corps of Engineer responsibilities in all of Oklahoma and parts of southern Kansas and northern Texas". Tulsa District was founded in 1939 in the heartland of the country to provide engineering support to the nation at a time of great contrast.
