Turtle Island is an island of the Torres Strait Islands archipelago, located in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, east of Cape York Peninsula, in Queensland, Australia. The island is located in Newcastle Bay at the mouth of and , not far from Jackey Jackey Creek and adjacent to the Apudthama National Park. The island lies approximately 30 km (19 mi) southeast of Bamaga.

Auf Satelliten- oder Luftaufnahmen ist der schmale Wasserstreifen zwischen den Inselchen kaum sichtbar, weswegen beide Inseln vielfach unter der gemeinsamen Bezeichnung Turtle Island, mit den Alternativnamen Brewis Island oder auch Brewers Island, geführt werden. Verwaltungstechnisch zählt Turtle Island (nebst Brewis Island) zu den Inner Islands, einer Inselregion im Verwaltungsbezirk Torres Shire von Queensland. (de)
