The Treaty of Viterbo (or the Treaties of Viterbo) was a pair of agreements made by Charles I of Sicily with Baldwin II of Constantinople and William II Villehardouin, Prince of Achaea, on 24 and 27 May 1267, which transferred much of the rights to the defunct Latin Empire from Baldwin to Charles.

(en) Il trattato di Viterbo è stato un accordo stipulato nella città laziale il 27 maggio 1267 alla presenza di papa Clemente IV, tra l'imperatore latino, Baldovino II e il re di Sicilia, Carlo I d'Angiò, finalizzato alla riconquista del perduto impero latino di Costantinopoli. Questo trattato costituì poi in seguito la giustificazione formale della politica orientale del re di Sicilia che mirava alla formazione di un grande impero mediterraneo. (it) Perjanjian Viterbo adalah sebuah perjanjian yang disepakati pada 24 (perjanjian pertama) dan 27 Mei 1267 (perjanjian kedua) oleh Raja Carlo I dari Sisilia dan serta , Pangeran Akhaya. Menurut perjanjian ini, Raja Carlo I dari Anjou memperoleh hak atas wilayah-wilayah Kekaisaran Latin yang sudah bubar. Sebelumnya, Konstantinopel sudah direbut lagi oleh orang-orang Yunani pada tahun 1261 dan Kekaisaran Romawi Timur telah dipulihkan. Par ces traités le prince d’Achaïe devenait le vassal de Charles, lui cédant la principauté dont il ne gardait que l’usufruit; pour sa part, Baudouin de Courtenay concédait à Charles la suzeraineté sur ce territoire et lui reconnaissait la possession des divers territoires que son prédécesseur, Manfred de Hohenstaufen, avait conquis en Grèce.
