The original cast included Thomas Betterton as Orontes, Matthew Medbourne as Lysimachus, Thomas Jevon as Eumenes, John Crosby as Ptolomy, as Perdicas, Henry Harris as Cassander, as Araxis, Mary Betterton as Statira, Mary Lee as Roxana and Anne Quin as Thalestris.
