Das etwa 2300 Kilometer lange Kabel besitzt einen geplanten Datendurchsatz von 20 Terabit pro Sekunde. Installiert wurde es vom Kabelverlegungsschiff Ile De Re der Firma Alcatel Submarine Networks.
