AS Tallinna Moekombinaat, the owner of the shopping center, soon experienced financial difficulties, and in 2020 the company went into reorganization. On June 2, 2021, AS Tallinna Moekombinaat went bankrupt by the decision of the Harju County Court, and AS Pro Kapital Grupp lost control over the subsidiary. On June 28, 2021, the bankruptcy trustee put the T1 shopping center up for auction with a starting price of 85 million euros. There was also an attempt to sell the center at an initial price of 65 million, but a buyer was finally found on the third attempt and at an initial price of 55 million. (en)
