Skyline Tower, previously known as Court Square City View Tower, is a residential skyscraper in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens in New York City. The building topped out in October 2019, surpassing One Court Square to become the tallest building in Queens as well as the tallest building on Long Island, at 762 feet (232 m). However, later in October 2021, the building was surpassed in height following the topping out of The Brooklyn Tower. It was completed in July 2021.

Das Gebäude wurde von Goldstein Hill & West Architects entworfen und erreicht mit insgesamt 67 Stockwerken eine Gesamthöhe von 237,1 Metern. Damit ist es das höchste Gebäude des New Yorker Stadtteils Queens. Der Bau befindet sich direkt in Downtown Queens und ist als reiner Wohnturm ausgelegt. Ursprünglich war geplant, das Gebäude 79 Stockwerke und mehr als 293 Meter hoch zu bauen, womit es mit Abstand das höchste Gebäude auf Long Island gewesen wäre. Da sich das Gebäude in der Nähe des LaGuardia Airport befindet (ebenfalls in Queens), wurde durch die Federal Aviation Administration eine Bau-höhen-Beschränkung für diese Gegend erlassen, die eine maximale Höhe von 229 Meter vorsieht, um anfliegende Flugzeuge nicht zu gefährden. Daraufhin reichten die Projektentwickler um Chris Xu neue Unterlagen bei den städtischen Baubehörden ein, die einen 66 Stockwerke hohen Wolkenkratzer vorsahen. Der Bau der Fundamente begann Ende 2017, diese Arbeiten dauerten etwa ein Jahr. Im Anschluss daran begann der Hochbau. Das Gebäude erreichte seine Endhöhe im Oktober 2019. (de)
