Bishop Sebastianappan Singaroyan is an Indian Prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Salem from 18 October 2000 – 9 March 2020. He is a priest for 43 years and a bishop for 21 years. Bishop Singaroyan is a person who is strong in faith, rejoicing in hope, burning with charity, on fire with zeal, in humility of heart, persevering in prayer and a witnessing preacher.
