- El bosque nacional Sawtooth (en inglés, Sawtooth National Forest) es un área protegida federal que se extiende por 8540,52 km² en los estados de Idaho y parte de Utah. Es administrado por el Servicio Forestal de los Estados Unidos del Departamento de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos. Fue originalmente llamada reserva forestal Sawtooth en una proclamación emitida por el presidente Theodore Roosevelt el 29 de mayo de 1905. El 22 de agosto de 1972, una parte del bosque fue designado como Área de Recreación Nacional Sawtooth (SNRA, por sus siglas en inglés) que incluye el área silvestre Sawtooth, White Clouds, y las áreas silvestres de Hemingway-Boulders. Managed by the U.S. Forest Service in the U.S. Department of Agriculture, it was originally named the Sawtooth Forest Reserve in a proclamation issued by President Theodore Roosevelt on May 29, 1905. On August 22, 1972 a portion of the forest was designated as the Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA), which includes the Sawtooth, Cecil D.
