SRF Tagesschau (lit. "View on the Day"), simply titled Tagesschau until 4 December 2005, is the title of a current-affairs show on German-speaking Swiss public channel SRF 1. The main edition is broadcast at 7:30 pm and further editions are shown around noon and at the end of daily broadcasting. In 1990, another news show called 10vor10 ("10 to 10") was added, as well as Schweiz aktuell for regional information.

Die Tagesschau ist neben SRF Meteo die Sendung mit der höchsten Einschaltquote im Schweizer Fernsehen: Sie wurde im Jahr 2019 täglich von durchschnittlich 588'000 Zuschauern in der Deutschschweiz verfolgt. Das entspricht einem Marktanteil von 50,5 Prozent, bei der Hauptausgabe um 19:30 Uhr sind es 1'469'000 Zuschauer (66,8 Prozent). Redaktionsleiterin ist seit Herbst 2018 Regula Messerli. Ab Ende März 2022 soll die Stelle durch eine Broadcast-Koordinatorin ersetzt werden, welche neben der Tagesschau auch für Schweiz aktuell und 10vor10 zuständig ist. L'edizione principale va attualmente in onda alle 19.30 e dura circa mezz'ora, mentre l'ultima edizione è trasmessa al termine della normale programmazione, intorno a mezzanotte. Una delle particolarità del telegiornale è la postura del presentatore, in piedi dietro al tavolo di conduzione. A partire dagli anni novanta è stato inserito nella programmazione della rete un'altra edizione del telegiornale, chiamata 10 vor 10. (it)

Además, los sábados, domingos y festivos se televisa poco antes de las 22 otra emisión. Los demás días, ese lugar lo ocupa el programa de actualidad . La edición principal tiene normalmente 25 minutos de duración. Tagesschau es una de las pocas producciones regulares de Schweizer Fernsehen que se presentan siempre en Hochdeutsch (alemán estándar).
