Roger Bernard II (c. 1195 – 26 May 1241), called the Great, was the seventh count of Foix from 1223 until his death. He was the son and successor of the count Raymond-Roger and his wife Philippa of Montcada.

Como heredero participó en 1217 en la defensa del castillo de Montgrenier contra las tropas de Simón de Montfort en la cruzada albigense, y en la reconquista de Lavaur y Puylaurens en 1220. Continuó el enfrentamiento con el Obispo de Urgel llegando a saquear la Seo de Urgel en abril de 1239. Murió en 1241 y fue enterrado en la . (es) Roger Bernard II. (* um 1195; † 26. Mai 1241), genannt der Große, war von 1223 bis zu seinem Tod Graf von Foix. Er war der einzige erbberechtigte Sohn und Nachfolger seines Vaters Graf Raimund Roger und dessen Ehefrau Philippa de Montcada. Roger Bernard von Foix starb am 26. Mai 1241 im Frieden mit der katholischen Kirche die ihn zweimal exkommuniziert (1227 und 1239) und 1240 in Durfort die Absolution gewährt hatte.Er wurde in der Abtei von Boulbonne beigesetzt. (de)
