Robert Francis Boruch (born 1942) is an American psychologist. Dr. Boruch studied metallurgical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating in 1964, and completed a doctorate in psychology alongside a minor in statistics in 1968 at Iowa State University. He was a fellow at Stanford University between 1986 and 1987. Dr. Boruch taught at Northwestern University until 1989, when he joined the University of Pennsylvania faculty.
