Prakash Koirala (Nepali: प्रकाश कोइराला, ) is a Nepalese politician and former Cabinet minister who held the portfolios of Environment, Science and Technology. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.
