PlanHub s’est associé à Protégez-Vous, l’organisme à but non lucratif qui offre des conseils avisés aux consommateurs québécois, pour proposer dans son laboratoire son comparateur de forfait téléphonique et forfait internet PlanHub a participé à plusieurs émissions de télévision comme La Facture de Radio-Canada où les fondateurs allaient à la rencontre de consommateurs canadiens pour leur montrer les économies qu'ils pourraient faire sur leurs différents forfaits. PlanHub a participé à l’émission ça Vaut le Coût diffusée sur Télé-Québec. Ils ont fait l'objet de plusieurs articles de presse dans des grands médias régionaux et nationaux canadiens dont La Presse, Le Devoir, The Globe and Mail, L'Actualité ou bien encore Globalnews (fr)
