The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, also known as the Jessup Moot or The Jessup, is the oldest and largest international moot competition in the world, attracting participants from almost 700 law schools in more than 90 countries in recent years (100 countries took part in 2018). Er begann im Jahr 1960 als interner Moot Court an der Harvard University und wird seit seiner Öffnung für weitere Teams jährlich von der (ILSA) in Washington, D.C. ausgerichtet. In Deutschland findet jährlich an wechselnden Universitäten ein Vorentscheid zur Auswahl der deutschen Vertreter statt. O nome da competição é uma homenagem a , juiz da Corte Internacional de Justiça da ONU. A primeira edição do concurso ocorreu em 1959, na Universidade de Harvard. Trata-se de uma corte simulada, em que países fictícios envolvidos num conflito também fictício submetem a controvérsia à Corte Internacional de Justiça. As equipes são formadas por estudantes de Direito, que representam advogados perante a Corte. Mais de 550 faculdades de Direito de mais de 80 países participam anualmente da competição.
