Lieutenant-Colonel Percy William Woods DSO MC (8 November 1885 – 5 January 1937) was a decorated Australian army officer of the First World War. Woods was born in Sydney, New South Wales, the son of Frederick Woods of London and Isabel (née England) of Melbourne. In September 1914, Woods enlisted as a private in the Australian Imperial Force. He served in Egypt and was mentioned in dispatches. Woods died in Sydney of cerebrovascular disease in 1937. Among the mourners at his service were 42 members of the 55th Battalion.
