Pat Turner AM (born 1952) is an Aboriginal Australian of Gudanji-Arrernte heritage who has worked as a civil administrator for policies which guarantee the right to self-determination for Indigenous people. She was awarded the Order of Australia in 1990 for her service. As of 2020, Turner is a member of the Senior Advisory Group set up to advise on the design of the Indigenous voice to government. Turner is convenor of the Coalition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community-Controlled Peak Organisations (the Coalition of Peaks).
