Landes, que es defineix com un esquerrà pro-israelià, mostra al vídeo com els periodistes palestins, de vegades amb mitjans tècnics occidentals, munten presumptes escenes fictícies per tal de desacreditar davant l'opinió pública les polítiques d'Israel. - Pallywood (bahasa Arab: باليوود Bālīwūd; bahasa Ibrani: פאליווד), berasal dari kata "" dan "Hollywood", adalah istilah manipulasi media yang dilakukan oleh pihak Palestina maupun negara Timur Tengah lainnya untuk menjatuhkan pihak Israel. Beberapa contoh yang disebut sebagai Pallywood adalah Insiden Muhammad al-Durrah dan (disebut juga "Hizbollywood" atau "Hezbollywood"). Istilah ini diciptakan oleh Richard Landes, sebagai tindak lanjut dari film dokumenter daring yang dibuat olehnya dengan judul Pallywood: According to Palestinian Sources. (in)

- Pallywood, složenina slov „palestinský“ a „Hollywood,“ je neologismus, který je podle deníku The Jerusalem Post používán pro-izraelskými mediálními obhájci k popsání „manipulace s médii, překroucení skutečností a naprostý podvod palestinských Arabů a jiných Arabů … s cílem získat veřejnou podporu proti Izraeli.“ Mezi údajné incidenty patří kazeta se zabitím nebo kontroverze fotografií (například Adnana Hadždžiže) z druhé libanonské války (přezdívka „Hizbollywood“). - Pallywood es el nombre de un documental de vídeo producido por el historiador estadounidense Richard Landes en 2005 y coproducido por Prensamérica Internacional. Landes, quien antes de la Pandemia se definía como un izquierdista proisraelí, muestra en el vídeo cómo los periodistas palestinos, a veces con medios técnicos occidentales, montan presuntas escenas ficticias con el fin de desacreditar ante la opinión pública las políticas de Israel.
