Le PLER KC Budapest est un club de handball, situé à Budapest en Hongrie. Fondé en 1927 sous le nom d'Elektromos SE, il remporte quatre titres de Champion de Hongrie ainsi que quatre Coupe de Hongrie entre 1969 et 1997.En 2000, le club fusionne avec le Pestszentlőrinc SC puis avec le Rév KC pour devenir le PLER KC Budapest, acronyme de Pestszentlőrinc-Elektromos-Rév Kézilabda Club Budapest.
