D. Oyuntulhuur (Mongolian: Д. Оюунтүлхүүр, born 10 November 1975) better known by the stage name Oyunaa (Оюунаа), is a Mongolian singer based in Japan. Oyunaa won the Grand Prix at the World Children's Music Festival in Tokyo in 1989. In 1996, Oyunaa returned to Ulaanbaatar to play a benefit concert at the Central Cultural Palace, raising more than $70,000 for homeless children, single parents, low-income families, and spring fire and flood victims.

Oyunaa va guanyar el Gran Premi al Festival Mundial de Música Infantil de Tòquio el 1989 amb la seva cançó «Mother's Lullaby». La cançó es va traduir posteriorment al japonès i es va llançar com el primer senzill al Japó el maig del 1990. Fins ara s'han publicat 5 discos i 11 senzills al Japó. El 31 de desembre de 1990 es va convertir en lal participant més jove de la història del llavors programa de cap d'any Koohaku Uta-gassen, que incloïa les millors cançons de l'any a NHK. Es va graduar al Departament de Piano de l'Escola Superior de Música i Dansa el 1992, al Departament de Música de l'Escola Secundària de Dooho el 1994 i al Departament de Piano de l' el 1998.
