Owen Chow Ka-shing (Chinese: 鄒家成; born 10 February 1997) is a Hong Kong localist activist. He was a 2019 District Council election candidate in Tai Wai and ran in the pro-democracy primaries for the 2020 Legislative Council election with the slogan "reject colonisers, national resistance against tyranny" in New Territories East.
