Ossian Olavi "Ossi" Blomqvist (12 May 1908 – 3 October 1955) was a Finnish speed skater who won two silver medals at the European all-around championships in 1931 and 1932. He competed over various distances at the 1928, 1932 and 1936 Winter Olympics with the best results of fifth-sixth place in the 5000 m and 10000 m events in 1936. He served as the flag bearer for Finland at the 1932 games. At the world all-around championships Blomqvist placed fifth and seventh in 1931 and 1932, respectively.

Od roku 1924 se účastnil juniorských finských šampionátů, na mezinárodní scéně debutoval na . Zúčastnil se Zimních olympijských her 1928 (5000 m – 10. místo, 10 000 m – v průběhu jízd byl závod zrušen kvůli oblevě). V letech 1929 a 1930 se stal finským šampionem. Z a si přivezl stříbrné medaile, na se umístil na páté příčce, což je jeho nejlepší umístění v této soutěži. Startoval také na ZOH 1932 (1500 m, 5000 m, 10 000 m – ve všech závodech skončil v rozjížďkách) a 1936 (500 m – 19. místo, 1500 m – 9. místo, 5000 m – 6. místo, 10 000 m – 5. místo), o několik dní později se potřetí stal mistrem Finska.
