Osamu Higashio (東尾修, Higashio Osamu, born May 18, 1950) is a former Japanese baseball player who played in the Japanese professional leagues from 1969–1988, being remembered as one of the leading Japanese pitchers in the 1980s. He also was manager of the Seibu Lions from 1995 to 2001.

(en) 東尾修（ひがしおおさむ、1950年5月18日 - ）は、和歌山県有田郡吉備町（現:有田川町）出身の元プロ野球選手（投手）、監督、野球解説者。タレント。日本プロ野球名球会理事を務める。 1968年に西鉄ライオンズに入団し、以降は太平洋・クラウン・西武と球団名が変わってもライオンズ一筋でプレーした。 1995年から2001年までは西武ライオンズの監督を務めた。通算165与死球はNPB記録。長女はプロゴルファーの東尾理子。理子と結婚したタレント・俳優の石田純一は娘婿にあたり、従姉に歌手の青山和子がいる。 (ja) 히가시오 오사무(일본어: 東尾修, 1950년 5월 18일 ~ )는 일본의 전 프로 야구 선수이자 야구 감독, 야구 해설가·평론가이다. 애칭은 톤비(トンビ)이며, 1968년에 니시테쓰 라이온스에 입단하면서 이후 다이헤이요 클럽, 크라운라이터, 세이부에서 활약을 했다. 1970년대부터 1980년대의 퍼시픽 리그를 대표하는 간판 투수로 군림했고 같은 연배인 야마다 히사시, 무라타 조지, 스즈키 게이시 등의 간판 투수들과 함께 대결하면서 팬들을 흥분시켰다. 1980년대 세이부 라이온스 황금 시대의 주력 선수로 활약하면서 1984년에 개인 통산 200승을 달성했다. 은퇴 후 1995년부터 2001년까지 세이부 라이온스의 감독을 맡아 7년 동안 리그 우승을 두 차례 이끌면서 모두 A클래스를 유지하는 대기록을 세웠다. 장녀는 프로 골프 선수인 이며, 사위는 , 그리고 사촌이자 가수인 가 있다.
