De speler gaat over drie biggen en een wolf die hun huisje probeert omver te blazen. De speler bestuurt een voor een de drie biggen. De wolf probeert gaten in het huis te maken om binnen te dringen en de biggen moeten deze zo snel mogelijk dichten. Zodra alle drie de biggen door de wolf zijn gevangen is het spel ten einde. Enquanto o lobo mau abaixo da da casa fica soprando e sumindo com os tijolos, o porquinho dentro da casa tem de repor os tijolos que somem. Uma versão do Oink! foi usada em experimentos realizados em meados da década de 1980 para testar a existência de telecinesia, cujos resultados foram publicados no Journal of Parapsychology. (pt)
