Naomi Jean Thomas Gray (18 May 1922 - 29 December 2006) was the first female Vice President of Planned Parenthood and the first female social work instructor at San Francisco State University. She was a professor at San Francisco State University. She created several organizations in the field of public health. She was appointed to the San Francisco Health Commission in 1985. She was also honored as an Indiana Distinguished Citizen.
