The NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), formerly known as Division I-AA, is the second-highest level of college football in the United States, after the Football Bowl Subdivision. Sponsored by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the FCS level comprises 130 teams in 15 conferences as of the 2022 season. The FCS designation is only tied to football with the non-football sports programs of each school generally competing in NCAA Division I.

Avant 2006, cette compétition était connue sous la dénomination NCAA Division I-AA Football Championship. Cette division se situe juste sous le niveau de la NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision. Le champion FCS est déterminé après la saison régulière via un système de playoffs reconnu par la NCAA et regroupant les 24 meilleures équipes. Le champion national actuel est l'équipe du Bison de North Dakota State qui a remporté son 9e titre national en onze ans au cours de la saison 2021. Les cinq premiers titres ont été remportés consécutivement de 2011 à 2015, et les trois autres ont été consécutifs de 2017 à 2019.
