MyCoRe (portmanteau of My Content Repository) is an open source repository software framework for building disciplinary or institutional repositories, digital archives, digital libraries, and scientific journals. The software is developed at various German university libraries and computer centers. Although most MyCoRe web applications are located in Germany, there are English-language applications, such as "The International Treasury of Islamic Manuscripts" at the University of Cambridge (UK).

Der Source Code des MyCoRe-Projektes ist auf GitHub verfügbar. MyCoRe ist in Java und XSLT implementiert und als freie Software unter GNU General Public License (GPL) verfügbar. Neben Datenbank-Systemen aus dem kommerziellen oder dem Open-Source-Bereich wird als Backend insbesondere Apache Lucene verwendet, mit dessen Hilfe sich auch sehr große digitale Bestände verwalten lassen. MyCoRe wird an mehreren deutschen Universitätsrechenzentren, an Universitätsbibliotheken, an der Verbundzentrale des GBV (VZG) und als „Statistische Bibliothek“ von den Statistischen Ämtern der Länder und dem Statistischen Bundesamt eingesetzt.
