Munif al-Razzaz (Arabic: منيف الرزاز; 19 December 1919 – 16 September 1984) was a Jordanian-Syrian physician and politician who was the second, and last, Secretary General of the National Command of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, having been elected to the post at the 8th National Congress held in April 1965.

(in) Munif ar-Razzaz (ur. 1919, zm. 1984) – polityk partii Baas. W latach 1950–1960 był jednym z twórców i liderów jordańskiej organizacji partii Baas. Na przełomie lat 1965 i 1966 był sekretarzem generalnym Przywództwa Narodowego partii Baas. Odsunięty z elity władzy po zamachu stanu przeprowadzonym przez partyjną frakcję radykalną, bezskutecznie próbował zorganizować kolejny przewrót, a następnie zbiegł do Libanu. Działał następnie w palestyńskim Arabskim Froncie Wyzwolenia, zasiadał w Przywództwie Narodowym irackiej partii Baas. Po przejęciu władzy przez Saddama Husajna został osadzony w areszcie domowym. Jest autorem wspomnień opisujących funkcjonowanie syryjskiej partii Baas.
