Millstatt Abbey (German: Stift Millstatt) is a former monastery in Millstatt, Austria. Established by Benedictine monks about 1070, it ranks among the most important Romanesque buildings in the state of Carinthia. The Benedictines were succeeded by the knightly Order of Saint George in 1469 and the Society of Jesus (Jesuits, SJ) in 1598.

Stiftskirche und Millstätter Kreuzgang gehören insbesondere durch ihre überreiche Tiersymbolik zu den repräsentativen romanischen Bauwerken Kärntens. Das Stift wurde vor 1122, vermutlich um 1070, gegründet und von den Benediktinern (OSB) verwaltet. 1469 übernahm der Orden der St.-Georgs-Ritter das Stift; nach seinem Verfall 1598 wurde es den Jesuiten (SJ) übereignet. Die endgültige Aufhebung erfolgte 1773 unter Joseph II. Die Kirche gehört heute der Pfarre, alle anderen Gebäude des ehemaligen Klosters sind unter staatlicher Verwaltung (Österreichische Bundesforste). Das Kloster war über Jahrhunderte geistiger und kultureller Mittelpunkt Oberkärntens.
