Matthew Harvey Clark (born July 15, 1937) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Rochester in Upstate New York from 1979 until 2012. Clark's 33-year tenure as bishop was the second-longest in the Diocese of Rochester's history, after the 40-year tenure of Bishop Bernard McQuaid.
