Marion Anthony Zioncheck (born Marjan Antoni Zajaczek; December 5, 1900 – August 7, 1936) was an American politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1933 until his death. He represented Washington's 1st congressional district as a Democrat. Having struggled with his mental health during his term in Congress, Zioncheck committed suicide by autodefenestration in August 1936.

W 1905 jego rodzice wyjechali z Polski do Ameryki, zabierając go z sobą. Osiedli w Seattle w stanie Waszyngton. W latach 1919–1929 studiował prawo na Uniwersytecie Waszyngtonu; tam związał się z Partią Demokratyczną, która poparła go w wyborach do Kongresu w 1932.
