The Middle European League or MEVZA League is a regional volleyball league, contested by the club teams from the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). The season consists of two stages; the regular league season, and the final four tournament. The most successful teams are ACH Volley (men's edition) and SVS Post Schwechat (women's edition), with twelve and five titles, respectively. Established in 1992, the competition was initially named Interleague and was played between 1992 and 2002. In 2005, the league was reestablished under the name Middle European League.

| - Die Mitteleuropäische Volleyball-Liga (englisch Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association), kurz MEVZA, ist eine grenzübergreifende Volleyball-Liga der Länder Österreich, Ungarn, der Slowakei, Slowenien, Kroatien (zeitweise auch Tschechien). Die MEVZA wurde im Jahre 2005 gegründet und ist ein Versuch, die ehemalige Interliga wiederzubeleben. Jedes der fünf teilnehmenden Länder darf zwei Mannschaften stellen, die jedoch im Europacup vertreten sein müssen. Dies soll eine Liga auf möglichst hohem Niveau schaffen, um die jeweiligen Spitzenmannschaften stärker zu fordern, als dies in ihren nationalen Ligen möglich wäre. Es wird je eine Hin- und Rückrunde gespielt, ehe die Finalspiele im Play-off-Modus stattfinden.
