Luc Chikhani is a French oral and maxillofacial surgeon best known for reconstructing the face of Trevor Rees-Jones, the former bodyguard of Dodi Fayed, after the car crash that killed Diana, Princess of Wales, Dodi Fayed, and their driver, Henri Paul. He was interviewed in Rees-Jones's book The Bodyguard's Story. He is currently Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon, Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Teaching Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France. He has performed research on sialorrhea (excessive salivation),and has written about cosmetic use of botulinum toxin.

Le visage de Rees-Jones a été reconstruit à partir de photographies, en utilisant environ 150 pièces de titane pour tenir les os et recréer sa forme d'origine. En l'espace d'un an, son visage était presque redevenu normal. Aucun des frais de chirurgie ne furent payés par Rees-Jones. Le coût des soins fut pris en charge par Mohamed al-Fayed, l'employeur de Rees-Jones au moment de l'accident, et le reste fut payé par le National Health Service (NHS). Luc Chikhani dit dans Paris Match : « Je n'ai jamais vu autant de fractures sur un homme encore en vie ». Luc Chikhani apparaît dans l'annuaire des Anciens Internes des Hôpitaux de Paris dans la promotion 1988. Il est chef de service stomatologie à l'Hôpital européen Georges-Pompidou. Il a effectué des recherches sur la sialorrhée (salivation excessive) et a écrit sur l'utilisation cosmétique de la toxine botulique.
