Lu Shiow-yen (Chinese: 盧秀燕; pinyin: Lú Xiùyàn; born 31 August 1961) is a Taiwanese politician and former television presenter. She is the incumbent Mayor of Taichung since 25 December 2018.

(in) 盧秀燕（ルゥ・ショウイェン、ろしゅうえん、1961年8月31日 - ）は中華民国（台湾）の政治家（中国国民党所属）。外省人。現職の台中市長。 (ja) 盧秀燕（1961年8月31日－），中華民國政治人物，中國國民黨籍。生於基隆市安樂區，現任臺中市市長，前電視記者，畢業於政大地政系、淡江大學戰略所碩士，曾任立法委員、臺灣省議會議員等。盧秀燕的政治生涯正式開始於1994年，當時其於臺中市選區當選為精省前末代臺灣省議會議員。1999年至2018年，連任六屆立法委員。在2018年臺中市市長選舉中，擊敗當時競選連任的民主進步黨籍市長林佳龍，成為臺中縣市合併後第3任市長、首位女性市長及首位中國國民黨籍女性市長。2022年代表國民黨順利連任臺中市市長，成為縣市合併以來首位連任成功的市長。 (zh)
