Louis Wesley Heard (March 8, 1909 – February 27, 1987) was a provincial politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta twice. The first stint was from 1948 to 1952 and the second was from 1959 to 1971 sitting with the Social Credit caucus in government both times.
