The Levisa Fork (also known as the Levisa Fork River or the Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River) is a tributary of the Big Sandy River, approximately 164 miles (264 km) long, in southwestern Virginia and eastern Kentucky in the United States.

Nace en las montañas Apalaches en el , al este de condado de Buchanan (Virginia), cerca de Grundy (Virginia). Sigue su curso en dirección oeste dentro del condado de Pike (Kentucky), continúa al noroeste pasando Pikeville (Kentucky) y Prestonsburg (Kentucky). En Paintsville (Kentucky) gira al nornoreste, atravesando los condados Johnson y Lawrence.
