Lee Ri-young (born 11 August 2000) is a South Korean synchronized swimmer. She represented South Korea at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships in Budapest, Hungary and at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea. She also competed at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships in Budapest, Hungary. In 2018, she finished in 6th place in the women's team event at the Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the women's duet she also finished in 6th place.
