Léon Garnier (1856 in Lyon – 1905 in Meung-sur-Loire (Loiret)) was a French 19th-century composer and lyricist. Garnier wrote numerous songs with , and particularly two songs, created by Paulus, which were met with enormous success in their time, and Le Père la Victoire.
