Kid Ramos (born January 13, 1959) is an American electric blues and blues rock guitarist, singer and songwriter. Ramos has released four solo albums since 1995 on Black Top and Evidence Records. He has worked with James Harman, Roomful of Blues, the Big Rhythm Combo, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Mannish Boys, Bobby Jones and Los Fabulocos.

Il a notamment collaboré avec le groupe Fabulous Thunderbirds depuis 1995. Kid Ramos est né à Fullerton mais a grandi à Anaheim. Ses parents, qui sont tous deux chanteurs d'opéra, initient à la musique. Son père joue un peu de guitare. (fr) Kid Ramos (* 13. Januar 1959 in Fullerton, Kalifornien; eigentlich David Ramos) ist ein US-amerikanischer Bluesrock-Gitarrist, der vor allem als Mitglied der Fabulous Thunderbirds bekannt wurde. Schon im Alter von acht Jahren bekam der Sohn von zwei Opernsängern eine E-Gitarre mit Verstärker geschenkt. Als Teenager trat Ramos gelegentlich öffentlich auf. 1980 schloss er sich der Begleitband von James Harman an, bei der er bis 1988 blieb. Von da an spielte er zwar sporadisch bei Roomful of Blues, zog sich aber ansonsten zunächst aus der Musik-Szene zurück und arbeitete die folgenden sieben Jahre als Wasserlieferbote. (de)
