| - El Kanat de Khoy fou un kanat iranià de la província de l'Azerbaitjan.La ciutat de Khoy va ser habitada i governada pel clan kurd Donboli, un grup kurd procedent d'Anatolia, on apareixen des del segle xiv aC. El 1530 Hajji Beg Donboli, fill de Sheikh Ahmad Beg, va rebre el govern sobre Khoy i Sokmanabad del safàvidda Shah Tahmasp II i va poder estendre el govern de la seva família sobre tota la regió i finalment també sobre la ciutat de Tabriz, on una altra branca va governar el kanat de Tabriz. - The Khoy Khanate, also known as the Principality of Donboli, was a hereditary Kurdish khanate around Khoy and Salmas in Iran ruled by the Donboli tribe from 1210 until 1799. The khanate has been described as the most powerful khanate in the region during the second half of the 18th century. The official religion of this principality was originally Yezidism, until some rulers eventually converted to Islam. The principality has its origins under the Ayyubid dynasty and was ultimately dissolved in 1799 by Abbas Mirza. During this period, the status of principality oscillated between autonomous and independent. (en)
- Il khanato di Khoy (in persiano خانات خوی) è stato un khanato iraniano dell'Azerbaigian persiano. La città di Khoy era abitata e governata dal clan Donboli, una tribù curda originaria dell'Anatolia. Nel 1530 Hajji Beg Donboli, figlio dello sceicco Ahmad Beg, ricevette il governo su Khoy e Sokmanabad per conto dello Shah Tahmasp II stabilendo il dominio della sua famiglia su tutta l'area e anche sulla città di Tabriz, dove un altro ramo governava il khanato di Tabriz.
