Keith Milow (born 29 December 1945 in London) is a British artist. He grew up in Baldock, Hertfordshire, and lived in New York City (1980–2002) and Amsterdam (2002–2014), now lives in London. He is an abstract sculptor, painter and printmaker. His work has been characterised as architectural, monumental, procedural, enigmatic and poetical.

Seine Arbeit wurde bezeichnet als architektonisch, monumental und (post-)minimalistisch. In den siebziger Jahren gehörte er, zusammen mit Richard Long, , Tim Head, , Michael Craig-Martin, John Walker, Barry Flanagan, Gilbert & George und Derek Jarman, zu den bekanntesten Exponenten der britischen Avantgarde-Kunst. Schon sehr früh in seiner Karriere war Milow, auf eine nicht-religiöse Art fasziniert von der Form des lateinischen Kreuzes. Einen wichtigen Einfluss auf seine Arbeit hatte die abstrakte Kunst des holländischen Malers Piet Mondriaan. Während des letzten Jahrzehntes des 20. Jahrhunderts (de) Tout au long de sa carrière, Keith Milow s'est intéressé à la forme de la croix latine. Dans les années 90, Keith Milow a produit une série de sculptures (tondi) et de peintures faisant hommage aux grands artistes du XXe siècle.
