James Gordon Carr PC OM MP (born October 11, 1951) is a Canadian politician. A member of the Liberal Party, he has been a Member of Parliament (MP) for Winnipeg South Centre since 2015. He most recently served as a Minister without Portfolio in the Cabinet of Justin Trudeau until late 2021.

Il est député de la circonscription de Winnipeg-Centre-Sud depuis les élections fédérales de 2015. Le 12 janvier 2021, il revient au gouvernement en tant que ministre sans portefeuille.
