Jackson Heights Hospital was a "small community hospital" in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York City. It opened in 1935 as Physicians Hospital, was sold and renamed in the 1990s, and subsequently closed. The hospital was torn down, and the site is now a public school. Jackson Heights Hospital was a "private, nonprofit hospital" that was operated by MediSys Health Network, functioning as a subsidiary of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, in the neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn.A Junior High School, I.S. 230, was built on the hospital's site two years after the hospital closed and was torn down.
