| - Mezinárodní biatlonová unie (IBU anglicky Internationale Biathlon Union) je mezinárodní sportovní organizace sdružující národní biatlonové svazy a ostatní organizace reprezentující biatlon. IBU vznikla v roce 1993 oddělením od (UIPM). V současnosti má celkem 64 členů. Česko je v IBU zastoupeno Českým svazem biatlonu. Organizace sídlí v Salcburku v Rakousku, jejím prezidentem je od roku 2018 Švéd . Prvním místopředsedou je , předseda Českého svazu biatlonu. (cs)
- Die Internationale Biathlon-Union (IBU) (englisch International Biathlon Union) ist der Dachverband aller nationalen Biathlonverbände. Sie wurde 1993 in Heathrow gegründet. Ihr gehören derzeit 56 Verbände an. Seit Mai 2020 hat sie ihren Sitz im Ortsteil Niederalm der Gemeinde Anif, nachdem sie zuvor seit 1998 im benachbarten Salzburg ansässig war. Neben dem klassischen Biathlon haben auch die dem Biathlon ähnlichen Sportarten Rollski-Biathlon, Crosslauf-Biathlon und Mountainbike-Biathlon bei der IBU ihre Heimat. (de)
