Henry Benedict Mattingly (May 6, 1844 – November 30, 1893) was a Union Army soldier in the American Civil War and a recipient of the United States military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions at the September 1, 1864 Battle of Jonesborough, Georgia.
