A hazard is an area of a golf course in the sport of golf which provides a difficult obstacle, which may be of two types: (1) water hazards such as lakes and rivers; and (2) man-made hazards such as bunkers. - Le bunker ou fosse de sable est un des obstacles d'un parcours de golf. Il s'agit d'une dépression remplie de sable ou d'un matériau similaire. Le bunker est un obstacle technique car il est difficile d'effectuer une bonne sortie et il est souvent considéré comme une punition par le golfeur qui y envoie sa balle. Le club le plus approprié pour en sortir est le sand-wedge qui possède une face très ouverte ce qui permet de faire décoller la balle plus facilement. Il bunker è posto lungo il percorso di gioco per rendere più difficile il gioco stesso ai golfisti, in quanto quando la palla finisce dentro questo ostacolo è più difficile uscirne, dovendo ricorrere a una speciale tecnica di non sempre facile esecuzione.
