Hans Jacob Nilsen (8 November 1897 – 6 March 1957) was a Norwegian actor, theatre director and film director. He was a theatre director at Den Nationale Scene, at Folketeatret, and for two separate periods at Det Norske Teatret.

Nilsen debuterade 1922 vid Agnes Mowinckels turné som Nils Stenssøn i Henrik Ibsens Fru Inger til Østraat. Han slog igenom på Centralteatret 1928 som Falk i . Han var skådespelare vid Nationaltheatret 1928–1933, där han särskilt gjorde sig bemärkt i karaktärsroller.
